From Cismigiu Park, head northeast towards the intersection of Bulevardul Regina Elisabeta and Strada Ion Brezoianu. Continue straight on Bulevardul Regina Elisabeta for about 1.2 kilometers. You will pass by the National Theatre 'I.L. Caragiale' on your left. Keep walking until you reach Piața Arcul de Triumf, where The Triumphal Arch is located.
