Nice Driver, Long Hot Walk, Dirty Car

The driver was very nice and told us about buildings and sites on the way to our hotel. We had trouble finding him at the airport. After finding him we had to walk a long distance out of the airport and through the hot parking lot. We got to a point where he had us wait while he went even further for his car. We were surprised that his SUV was small and not clean. One of us had to sit up front with him because we had to put a suitcase in the backseat. There was a lot of his things in the back which he had to move around. All of this was alright though, and again, he was very nice and knowledgeable. We were just expecting a more upscale experience, like we always have, when we take a private transfer.

They need to work on their passenger pick up process

The airport pickup did not go as smoothly as expected. Although I had provided the tour company with my itinerary, no driver was present when I arrived, and my initial attempts to contact the company were unsuccessful. After I reached out to Viator, the company responded and explained that construction in the arrivals area required me to meet the driver at departures, a short walk away. The driver was very apologetic, the vehicle was luxurious, and the transfer to my Airbnb was smooth. Despite the positive conclusion, the delay of more than an hour and the communication issues led me to deduct one star; otherwise, the experience would have been excellent.
