Car
If you are driving from Suceava, take the DN29 road towards Gura Humorului. Continue on DN29 for about 35 km until you reach Gura Humorului. From Gura Humorului, follow the signs for DN17 towards Vatra Dornei. After approximately 12 km, you will see signs for Peștera Liliecilor. Turn left onto the road leading to the cave. The cave is located about 5 km from the main road, and you will find parking nearby.
Public Transportation
From Suceava, you can take a bus to Gura Humorului. Buses leave frequently from the Suceava bus station. Once you arrive in Gura Humorului, you can catch a local bus or taxi to Peștera Liliecilor. The local bus service may not have a direct line, so a taxi may be a more straightforward option to reach the cave, which will cost approximately 30-50 RON depending on the distance.
Walking
If you are already in Gura Humorului and prefer to walk, you can take a scenic route towards Peștera Liliecilor. Head south from the town center, following the signs towards the cave. The walk is about 5 km and will take approximately 1.5-2 hours, depending on your pace. Ensure to wear suitable walking shoes, as some paths may be uneven.
