If you are traveling by car, start from the center of Călărași and head southeast on Bulevardul Republicii. Continue on this road for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach the intersection with Strada Dr. I. D. Bălănescu. Turn left onto Strada Dr. I. D. Bălănescu and follow it for approximately 1 kilometer. Then, turn right onto Unnamed Road. Parcul Dumbrava will be on your right side. There is no entrance fee for the park.

To reach Parcul Dumbrava using public transportation, start at the Călărași city center bus station. Take bus number 2 toward Gară. Ride for about 10 minutes and get off at the stop named 'Mihai Viteazul'. From the bus stop, walk east along Strada Mihai Viteazul for about 500 meters. When you reach Unnamed Road, turn left, and Parcul Dumbrava will be straight ahead. The bus fare is approximately 2 lei.

If you are close to the center of Călărași, you can walk to Parcul Dumbrava. Head southeast on Bulevardul Republicii, then turn left onto Strada Dr. I. D. Bălănescu. Continue straight until you reach the Unnamed Road. Turn right onto Unnamed Road, and you will see the entrance to Parcul Dumbrava. This walk should take about 25 minutes.
