If you're driving from Resita, take DN58 towards Anina. Continue on this road for approximately 30 kilometers until you reach the town of Gârnic. Once in Gârnic, follow the signs towards the Cascada Modăvița. You may need to park your car at a designated area near the entrance, then walk approximately 1 kilometer through the picturesque landscape to reach the waterfall.
Public Transportation
Start your journey at the Resita train station. Take a train towards Anina and get off at the Anina train station. From there, you can take a local bus to Gârnic. Once you arrive in Gârnic, look for signs directing you to Cascada Modăvița, which is about a 1 kilometer walk from the bus stop. Enjoy the scenic route as you make your way to the waterfall.
