Car
If you are traveling by car, start from the nearest major town, Tg. Neamț. Take DN15 towards Ceahlău. After approximately 30 km, you will reach the entrance of Ceahlău National Park. Continue on the main road until you see signs for Izvorul Schitului. Follow the signs, and you will find a small parking area near the schit. Note that there may be a small parking fee, typically around 5-10 RON.

Public Transportation
To reach Izvorul Schitului by public transportation, take a train from Bucharest to Tg. Neamț. From the train station, catch a local bus heading towards Ceahlău. Make sure to ask the bus driver to drop you off near Izvorul Schitului, as it may not be a designated stop. The bus ride should take about 1.5 to 2 hours. Be prepared for a short walk from where the bus drops you off to the schit, which is around 1 km. The bus fare is approximately 15 RON.
