If you are driving, start from the center of Cheile Nerei National Park. Head southeast on the DJ572 road. Follow the signs for Polovragi. After approximately 30 kilometers, you will reach Polovragi. Once in Polovragi, follow the local signs towards Cheile Oltețului. There is a small parking area available near the entrance to the gorge. Please be aware that parking may incur a fee of around 5 RON.
