If you are starting from the city center (Piata Unirii), head northwest toward Bulevardul Eroilor. Walk straight for about 500 meters until you reach the intersection with Calea Moților. Turn left onto Calea Moților and continue for another 300 meters. You will then reach a roundabout; take the first exit onto Bulevardul 21 Decembrie 1989. Walk straight for about 700 meters until you see a sign for the Botanical Garden on your right. Continue walking until you reach the entrance at Strada Alexandru Borza 15.

From Piata Unirii, you can take bus line 30 or 35 from the nearby bus station (Bulevardul Eroilor). Board the bus and travel for approximately 10 minutes. Get off at the stop named 'Botanical Garden' (Grădina Botanică).
