From the city center, you can take bus number 24 from 'Bulevardul Eroilor' stop. Get off at the 'Liceul Teoretic Avram Iancu' stop. From there, walk west on 'Strada Avram Iancu' and continue straight until you reach 'Strada Alexandru Borza'. Turn right and walk for about 5 minutes to reach the Japanese Garden at 'Strada Alexandru Borza 15'.
