If you are traveling by car, start from the center of Constanța. Head southeast on Bdul Regina Elisabeta, then turn right onto Strada Traian. Follow this road until you reach the roundabout, and take the second exit onto Bdul Mamaia. Continue driving along the coast, and after passing the Mamaia resort area, keep following the road until you see signs for Unnamed Road. Turn left onto Unnamed Road, and you will find Ramp located on your right. Make sure to have a GPS or a navigation app handy, as the exact location can be tricky to find.
