If you are starting from the city center, head to the main pedestrian street, Strada Mihai Viteazul. Walk south until you reach the intersection with Splaiul Independentei. Turn left onto Splaiul Independentei and continue walking straight for about 1 km. You will pass several shops and cafes along the way. Keep an eye out for the large green space on your right; this is Parcul Nicolae Romanescu. As you approach the park, the monument will be located within the park grounds.

Public Transport

From the Craiova Railway Station, you can take bus number 5 towards 'Calea București'. Get off at the 'Teatrul National' stop. From there, walk towards Strada Mihai Viteazul and continue south until you reach Splaiul Independentei. Turn left and walk straight for about 1 km. The monument is located inside Parcul Nicolae Romanescu, which you will see on your right.
