Continue on the road as it becomes DJ713. Follow the signs for Barajul Bolboci. The dam is located about 15 km from Moroeni, and you will find parking available near the site.

To reach Barajul Bolboci by public transport, you can take a train or bus from Târgoviște to Moroeni. Buses frequently operate from Târgoviște to Moroeni and the fare is usually around 10-15 RON. Once in Moroeni, you can either walk approximately 15 km to the dam or take a local taxi, which could cost around 50-70 RON, depending on the taxi service.
