If you are driving from the center of Harghita (e.g., Miercurea Ciuc), head south on DN12 towards Odorheiu Secuiesc. After about 30 km, you will reach Odorheiu Secuiesc. Once in the city, follow the signs for 'Mini Transilvania Park' or use a GPS to navigate to Strada Orbán Balázs 184. The park will be on your right-hand side. Parking is available on-site, and there is no additional cost for parking.
