If you are driving from Hunedoara, head southeast on Strada 22 Decembrie toward Strada Horea. Continue on Strada 22 Decembrie which will merge into DN7. Follow DN7 for approximately 20 km until you reach Deva. In Deva, follow signs for the Citadel Park. You can park your car on Strada Avram Iancu, which is adjacent to the park. Please note that parking may incur a small fee depending on the area.
