From central Hunedoara, head southwest on Strada 1 Decembrie 1918 toward Strada Mihai Viteazul. After approximately 1.5 km, turn left onto DC65. Continue on DC65 for about 5 km until you reach the entrance to Peștera Șura Mare. There is a small parking area nearby, but be mindful of any local parking regulations.
