Car
If you are driving from the center of Hunedoara, head east on Strada 22 Decembrie toward Strada Horea. Continue straight to stay on Strada 22 Decembrie. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto Strada Mihai Viteazul. Continue straight for about 3 kilometers until you reach the small village of Călan. Look for signs for Ruinele Hanului as you approach; the ruins are located just outside the village. There is limited parking available near the site.
Public Transportation
To reach Ruinele Hanului using public transport, start from the Hunedoara train station. From the station, take a local bus heading towards the village of Călan. The bus ride will take approximately 20-30 minutes. Once you arrive in Călan, you can either walk (about 1 kilometer) or catch a taxi to the ruins. Make sure to check the bus schedule in advance, as services may be limited, especially on weekends.
