Car
If you are traveling by car, start from the center of Chișinău. Head southeast on Strada Ștefan Cel Mare towards Strada Bănulescu-Bodoni. Continue onto Strada Alecu Russo, then take a left onto Strada Aeroportului. Follow the signs for the Village Museum, which will be on your left after approximately 2 kilometers. Parking is available near the museum, and there may be a small fee for parking.
Public Transportation - Bus
For public transportation, take bus number 10 or 11 from the central bus station in Chișinău. The buses run frequently, every 15 minutes. Stay on the bus for about 20 minutes until you reach the stop named 'Aeroport'. From there, it’s a short walk of about 500 meters to the Village Museum. Walk straight on Strada Aeroportului; the museum will be on your left. The bus fare is approximately 5 MDL.
Taxi
If you prefer a taxi, you can easily book one via a ride-hailing app or find a taxi at a designated taxi stand. The ride from the city center to the Village Museum should take around 15 minutes, depending on traffic, and will cost approximately 50-100 MDL. Make sure to confirm the fare with the driver before starting your journey.
