If you are driving, start from the center of Poiana Brașov. Head southwest on the main road (Strada Poiana Soarelui) toward Brașov. Continue for about 2 km until you reach the intersection with Strada Piatra Mare. Turn left onto Strada Piatra Mare. Continue straight for another 2 km until you reach the main road (DN1E). Turn right onto DN1E and drive for approximately 5 km. You will see signs for Brașov city center. Follow the signs to the center, and you will arrive at Nicolae Titulescu Park, which is located in the city center near the intersection of Strada Nicolae Titulescu and Bulevardul Eroilor. Parking is available nearby but may incur a fee, typically around 5-10 RON per hour.

To reach Nicolae Titulescu Park using public transportation, first head to the Poiana Brașov bus station. From there, take bus number 20 or 21 toward Brașov. The bus will take approximately 30 minutes to reach the central bus station in Brașov. Once you arrive, exit the bus and walk towards Bulevardul Eroilor. Continue walking straight for about 10-15 minutes. You will see Nicolae Titulescu Park on your right side. The bus fare is approximately 5 RON.
