Getting There

  • Car

    If you are driving from the center of Prahova, head onto DN1 road towards Bușteni. Follow the signs for Bușteni and continue straight for about 20 km. As you approach Bușteni, look for Strada Zamorei on your right. Turn onto Strada Zamorei and continue to the end of the road where you will find Cantacuzino Castle. Parking is available near the castle, but please note that parking may incur a fee.

  • Public Transportation (Train)

    From the center of Prahova, take a train from the Prahova train station to Bușteni station. Trains run frequently, and the journey takes approximately 30 minutes. Upon arrival at Bușteni station, exit the station and walk towards DN1 road. From there, you can either walk (around 1.5 km) or take a taxi to get to Cantacuzino Castle. If you choose to walk, turn left onto DN1 and then turn right onto Strada Zamorei. The castle will be at the end of the street.
