Getting There

• Walking

  Start from the center of Râmnicu Vâlcea, near the Nicolae Bălcescu Square. Head north on Strada Nicolae Bălcescu, walking toward the intersection with Strada George Coșbuc. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Strada Traian. Turn left onto Strada Traian and walk until you reach the intersection with Strada 1 Mai. Turn right onto Strada 1 Mai. Continue walking straight; you will pass several local shops and cafes. As you walk, you will notice signs pointing toward Zăvoi Park. Follow these signs until you reach the entrance of Zăvoi Park.

• Public Transport (Bus)

  From the main bus station in Râmnicu Vâlcea, take bus number 10 towards Zăvoi. The bus departs every 20 minutes. Ride the bus for approximately 15 minutes until you reach the Zăvoi stop, which is directly adjacent to the park entrance. Once you get off the bus, follow the signs to enter Zăvoi Park.

• Biking

  If you prefer biking, you can rent a bike from a local rental shop in the city center. Head north on Strada Nicolae Bălcescu and continue until you reach the intersection with Strada George Coșbuc. Turn left on Strada Traian, then right onto Strada 1 Mai. Follow the bike path signs leading to Zăvoi Park. The ride should take around 15-20 minutes, depending on your pace.
