If you are starting from the center of Râmnicu Vâlcea, head south on Strada Ostroveni toward Strada I.C. Brătianu. Continue straight for about 500 meters until you reach the intersection with Calea lui Traian. Turn left onto Calea lui Traian and walk for another 800 meters. The History Museum will be on your right at Calea lui Traian 143.

From the central bus station (Autogara Râmnicu Vâlcea), take bus line 4 towards Ostroveni. Ride for approximately 15 minutes and get off at the 'Calea lui Traian' stop. After disembarking, walk about 100 meters back toward the direction you came from; the History Museum will be on your right at Calea lui Traian 143.

You can also use a taxi or ride-sharing service. Simply provide the driver with the address: Calea lui Traian 143, Râmnicu Vâlcea. The ride from the city center should take about 5-10 minutes depending on traffic conditions.
