Walking
Start at the Râmnicu Vâlcea City Center (Piața Mare). From there, head east on Strada Nicolae Bălcescu towards Strada 1 Decembrie 1918. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with DN7. Cross the street and keep going straight on DN7. You will notice signs for Cornet Monastery. The walking distance is approximately 4 kilometers and should take about 50-60 minutes.
Bus
From Râmnicu Vâlcea City Center, head to the nearest bus station (Autogara Râmnicu Vâlcea). Look for buses heading to the Cornetu or Bălcești direction. Board the appropriate bus, and inform the driver that you are going to Cornet Monastery. The bus ride should take around 15-20 minutes. Once you arrive at the nearest stop to the monastery, it will be a short walk (approximately 10 minutes) to the monastery, following the signs.
