If you're traveling by car, start from Zalău, the capital of Sălaj. Head northwest on DN1H, towards the town of Șimleu Silvaniei. Continue on DN1H for about 20 kilometers. After reaching Șimleu Silvaniei, turn left onto DJ109C and follow the signs for Peștera Bătrânului. The cave is located approximately 10 kilometers from the turnoff. You can park in the designated area near the entrance to the cave.
