If you are traveling by car, you can navigate to the Sibiu Steam Engines Museum using your GPS. Set your destination to 'Str, Dorobanților 22, Sibiu 550231'. Upon entering Sibiu, follow the signs towards the city center and look for 'Strada Dorobanților'. There is limited street parking available nearby. Be mindful of any parking fees that may apply, typically around 5 RON per hour.
Public Transportation - Bus
To reach the museum via public transport, take bus number 6 from the Sibiu Bus Station (Autogara Sibiu). The bus will take you directly to 'Strada Dorobanților'. The fare is approximately 2 RON and tickets can be purchased from the bus driver or at the ticket office. Once you get off at the stop, walk about 5 minutes to the museum, which will be on your right at 'Str, Dorobanților 22'.
Walking
If you are already in the city center, the museum is about a 20-minute walk. Start from the Large Square (Piața Mare) and head southwest towards 'Strada Cetății'. Continue straight until you reach 'Strada Dorobanților'. Turn left onto 'Strada Dorobanților' and the museum will be approximately 500 meters ahead on your left.
