Car
If you are driving, start from Brașov. Take the DN1E road towards Râșnov. After about 15 kilometers, you will arrive in Râșnov. Once in Râșnov, follow signs for Valea Cetății Cave. You will find a parking area near the cave entrance. The cave is about a 15-minute walk from the parking lot, with well-marked paths leading to it. Please be aware that there may be a parking fee, so keep some cash handy.
Public Transportation
From Brașov, you can take a bus to Râșnov. Buses leave regularly from the Brașov bus station. The journey takes approximately 30 minutes. Once you arrive in Râșnov, you can either walk (around 30 minutes) or take a taxi to the Valea Cetății Cave entrance. Make sure to check the bus schedule in advance, as it may vary depending on the day.
Taxi
If convenience is a priority, consider taking a taxi from Brașov directly to Valea Cetății Cave. This will allow you to avoid parking issues and the walk from the bus terminal. The taxi ride will take about 20 minutes and costs approximately 50-70 RON, depending on traffic and the taxi service.
