If you are traveling by car, start from the center of Tulcea. Drive onto Strada 14 Noiembrie and follow it until you reach the intersection with Strada Gh. Doja. Take a left onto Strada Gh. Doja, and continue straight until you reach Strada Fraților. Turn right onto Strada Fraților. Cetatea Aegyssus will be on your left at Strada Fraților 25. The drive should take approximately 10-15 minutes, depending on traffic.
