Car
If you are driving, start from the center of Tulcea and head southeast on Strada 14 Noiembrie. Continue straight for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach the intersection with Strada Gloriei. Turn left onto Strada Gloriei and drive for approximately 800 meters. You will find Monumentul Eroilor located at Strada Gloriei 84, on your right side. Parking is available nearby.
Public Transportation
For public transportation, take bus number 5 from the main bus station in Tulcea. Buses run every 30 minutes, and the fare is around 3 RON. Ride for about 10 minutes and get off at the 'Gloriei' stop. From there, walk approximately 200 meters along Strada Gloriei, and you will see Monumentul Eroilor at Strada Gloriei 84 on your left.
Walking
If you are already close to the city center, you can easily walk to Monumentul Eroilor. Head south on Strada 14 Noiembrie, then turn left onto Strada Gloriei. Continue walking straight for about 1 kilometer. Monumentul Eroilor is located at Strada Gloriei 84, and you will see it on your right side.
