If you are traveling by car, head towards Voineasa, which is the nearest town to Transalpina. From Vâlcea, take DN7 (E81) towards Râmnicu Vâlcea. Continue on DN7 for about 35 kilometers until you reach the junction with DN67C. Turn left onto DN67C towards Voineasa. Follow this road for approximately 15 kilometers until you reach Voineasa. Once in Voineasa, look for signs directing you to Transalpina King's Road. The road will take you up to the scenic viewpoints along the mountain pass.
