From the center of Vâlcea, head northwest on DN7 towards Râmnicu Vâlcea. After approximately 40 kilometers, follow signs for DN67C towards Obârșia Lotrului. Continue on DN67C for about 30 kilometers until you reach the coordinates 9MW7+2R, Obârșia Lotrului. Ensure you have a GPS or a reliable map as the area can be quite remote.
