    If you are driving from the center of Râmnicu Vâlcea, head southeast on Calea lui Traian towards Strada Vasile Alecsandri. Continue straight for about 2 km. You will see a sign for Bloc L, which is located at Calea lui Traian 129. There is available parking near the location, but be sure to check for any parking fees.
