After approximately 90 kilometers, take exit 39 toward Râmnicu Vâlcea. Follow the signs for DJ678, and continue for about 30 kilometers until you reach a fork in the road. Take the left fork onto DN67. Continue for another 20 kilometers, and you will see signs for Castelul de Apă. The destination will be on your right. Make sure to have some cash, as tolls may apply along the highway.
