    If you are driving from the center of Cyangugu, head southeast on Avenue de la Paix (the main road) and continue straight for about 2 kilometers. Turn right onto Nyanza Rd, which is well-signposted. Continue on Nyanza Rd for about 1.5 kilometers until you see the entrance to the King's Palace Museum on your left. There is parking available near the entrance.

    Public Transportation

    To reach the King's Palace Museum using public transport, look for a bus or shared taxi (known locally as "moto") heading towards Nyanza. From the center of Cyangugu, you can catch a bus from the main bus terminal. Make sure to inform the driver or the conductor that you want to go to Nyanza. The fare is typically around 500 Rwandan Francs. Once you reach Nyanza, disembark when you see signs for the museum, which is approximately 1 kilometer from the bus drop-off point. You can walk or hire a local moto taxi to take you directly to the museum.
