Car
If you're traveling by car, start your journey from the capital of Eastern Province, Rwamagana. Head south on the RN3 road towards Kayonza. After approximately 30 km, keep left at the fork to continue on RN1 towards Nyanza. Upon reaching Nyanza, look for the JPVP+M7Q location on your map. The Mwima Mausoleum is located on an unnamed road just off this main road. Make sure to follow local road signs indicating tourist attractions.

To reach Mwima Mausoleum using public transport, take a bus from Rwamagana to Nyanza. The bus station in Rwamagana has regular services heading towards Nyanza. The fare is approximately 1,000 RWF.
