Walking
From the center of Gisenyi, head east on Avenue du Lac towards Avenue de la Paix. Continue straight for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto the Route Nationale 4 (RN4) heading towards Ruhengeri. Follow the RN4 for approximately 25 kilometers. As you approach Ruhengeri, look for signs indicating Gorilla Guardians (HGCP+4HP). Once you reach the address, you'll find the entrance to Gorilla Guardians.

Rent a bicycle from one of the rental shops in Gisenyi. Start your journey by cycling east on Avenue du Lac towards Avenue de la Paix. Continue on this road for 1.5 kilometers to the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto Route Nationale 4 (RN4). Cycle along RN4 for about 25 kilometers, following the signs that lead to Ruhengeri. As you near Ruhengeri, look for Gorilla Guardians at HGCP+4HP. The destination will be on your right side.
