From the center of Karongi, start by heading north on Avenue du Lac towards the Hotel des Mille Collines. Continue walking until you reach the intersection with Rue de la Paix. Turn left onto Rue de la Paix and proceed straight until you reach the main road (Route Nationale 3). Cross the road, and continue walking straight. After about 1 km, you will see a sign for Rugalika on your left. Follow the path leading to Rugalika, which will take you through a scenic area. After approximately 1.5 km, you will reach Unnamed Road. Continue on this road until you arrive at the Crocodile Zone, located at WXXM+P5R.

Rent a bicycle from one of the local shops in Karongi. Start by cycling north on Avenue du Lac towards Hotel des Mille Collines. Once at the intersection with Rue de la Paix, turn left. Continue cycling straight until you reach the main road (Route Nationale 3). Carefully cross the road and continue straight. After about 1 km, look for the sign directing you to Rugalika on your left. Follow the signs as you cycle through the scenic area, and after approximately 1.5 km, you will reach Unnamed Road. Follow this road to your destination at Crocodile Zone, located at WXXM+P5R.

From the center of Karongi, locate the bus station near the market. Take a local bus heading towards Rugalika. Inform the driver that you want to get off at the stop for Rugalika. The bus ride should take approximately 15-20 minutes. Once you arrive at Rugalika, ask locals for directions to Unnamed Road. Walk along Unnamed Road for about 10-15 minutes, and you will reach the Crocodile Zone located at WXXM+P5R.
