From the center of Karongi, head south on Avenue du Lac towards the main road. Continue walking straight until you reach the junction at the Karongi Refugee Camp. At the junction, take a left turn. Follow the road for about 10 minutes, and you will see the BIGUGU Catholic chapel on your right, marked by a small sign. The chapel is located within the Karongi Refugee Camp area.
