Car
From Kibungo town center, head southeast on the main road (NR5) towards Nyamata. Continue on NR5 for approximately 24 kilometers. You will pass through several small towns and villages along the way. As you approach Nyamata, keep an eye out for signs directing you to Lakeside Fish Farm, which is located just off NR5. Look for a turnoff that leads you closer to the lake, and follow the road to the entrance of the farm.

From Kibungo, go to the main bus station located in the center of town. Look for a bus heading to Nyamata. The fare is usually around 1,000 Rwandan Francs (RWF). The bus ride takes about 30 minutes, depending on the number of stops. Once you arrive in Nyamata, you can either walk or take a moto-taxi (motorcycle taxi) to Lakeside Fish Farm. The moto-taxi fare is approximately 1,500 RWF. Just inform the driver that you want to go to Lakeside Fish Farm, and they will know the location.
