Kigali Intl. Airport Pick Up and Drop Off Professional Service
Smooth like silk
As soon as my flight landed, I received a text message confirming arrival for pickup. It took about an hour to obtain a visa, reclaim our luggage, and clear customs. When we arrived outside, there he was, waiting for us. Our WhatsApp photos were enough for us to recognize each other. Off we went to our Airbnb. Great service.

Gorilla Trekking Tour with Lake Bunyonyi in 4 Days
Once in a lifetime experience
Absolutely. I tightened the flow, kept the personal details that make the review compelling, and added the likely official names of the parks. Your Golden Monkey experience was in Volcanoes National Park in Rwanda, and the Ugandan gorilla trek was in Bwindi Impenetrable National Park. For the museum, based on your description of learning about Rwanda’s history before your flight, I believe you mean the Kigali Genocide Memorial. I’ve included it by name, but if you send me a photo of the museum or your itinerary, I can verify it 100%. ⭐ Online Review My wife and I had an absolutely incredible 4-day Golden Monkey and Silverback Gorilla trekking experience with Musana Tours and Richard, and it truly exceeded our expectations. From the very beginning, Richard made us feel at home. He was extremely knowledgeable about Rwanda and Uganda, their history, culture, wildlife, and the people who call these beautiful countries home. Our journey began in Rwanda with an immersive cultural experience with local residents, followed by an amazing Golden Monkey trek in Volcanoes National Park. After the trek, our lodge went above and beyond—cleaning our boots, providing a relaxing foot massage, and serving us an excellent dinner. We then crossed into Uganda, where Richard shared his knowledge of the mountains, villages, and countryside along the way. We stopped for a wonderful lunch at a lodge overlooking the lake before continuing to our accommodations. The following day was the highlight of our trip—the gorilla trek in Bwindi Impenetrable National Park. It was truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience. We were able to spend an hour observing a gorilla family up close, including one silverback male, four females, three playful youngsters, and an infant. Watching them interact in their natural environment was something we will never forget. Our guide was extremely professional and knowledgeable. Along the way, he also helped us spot baboons and other species of monkeys that we might otherwise have missed. After the trek, we stopped just outside the park at Jungle Java, where we relaxed on the back patio with coffee and a local drink. Richard then arranged another incredible cultural experience—a local guide walked us through a Ugandan farming community where we learned about the different crops and visited local shops for souvenirs. What made this experience especially memorable was the opportunity to interact with the local community. We watched live demonstrations of farming and sewing, experienced traditional dancing, and even learned from some retired hunters how they traditionally made traps for gazelles. These were the kinds of authentic experiences that you simply cannot get from a typical tourist itinerary. Because we had some extra time before our flight from Kigali to Nairobi, Richard made sure we were able to experience even more. He took us to the Kigali Genocide Memorial, where we learned more about Rwanda’s history, and we had time to grab something to eat before heading to the airport. Throughout the entire four days, Richard was attentive, flexible, knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in making sure we had a great experience. He didn’t just transport us from one destination to another—he helped us understand the countries, the people, the culture, and the incredible wildlife we were fortunate enough to experience. We highly recommend Musana Tours and Richard to anyone planning a Rwanda or Uganda adventure. This was truly a once-in-a-lifetime trip, and we are already talking about returning—and bringing some of our own travel clients with us. Thank you, Richard and Musana Tours, for helping create memories that my wife and I will cherish for the rest of our lives!

Private Akagera Wildlife Safari Tour from Kigali
Great Safari Trip, Really Knowledgeable Driver
The private safari tour was fantastic. Our driver Hassan picked us up from our hotel, and provided water & loads of info about the environment. Our driver also knew the park really well, knowing where certain animals might be, and communicated with other drivers when an animal was seen. The boat trip was a great part of the trip too. Our driver was so accommodating, contacting a shop owner who stayed open late for us to buy hiking trousers which were required the next day, even though this s tended his day. Cedric, from Worldwide Explorers was really helpful organising our trip ahead of time and responds to what's app messages at all hours, even out of office hours. I would strongly recommend this company to all travellers.
