Getting There

• Moto-taxi

  To reach the King's Palace Museum in Nyanza, you can take a moto-taxi from any central location in Muhanga. Head to the main bus station in Muhanga and look for moto-taxi drivers waiting for passengers. When you approach a driver, tell them you want to go to 'Nyanza King's Palace Museum'. The journey will take about 30 minutes, and the fare should be around 1,500 Rwandan Francs. Make sure the driver knows the exact location before you start your trip.

  If you prefer to use public transport, you can take a bus from Muhanga to Nyanza. Go to the main bus terminal in Muhanga and look for buses heading to Nyanza.
