Getting There

Walking
From the center of Muhanga, head towards the main road (Avenue de la Révolution). Walk straight until you reach the junction with the Nyanza road. Continue straight onto Nyanza road. After about 1.5 kilometers, you will see signs directing you towards Kigali. Follow this road, which will take you towards Kigali. Once you enter Kigali, you will notice the KK 106 St on your left. Turn left onto KK 106 St, and the Rwanda Art Museum will be a short walk down the street on your right.

Bicycle
Start at the Muhanga Market and head north towards Avenue de la Révolution. Take a right on Avenue de la Révolution and continue cycling straight for approximately 3 kilometers until you reach the junction with Nyanza road. Turn left onto Nyanza road and keep pedaling for another 5 kilometers until you approach Kigali. Look for KK 106 St on your left side as you enter Kigali. Turn left onto KK 106 St, and you will find the Rwanda Art Museum a short distance ahead on your right.

From Muhanga, go to the bus station and take a bus heading towards Kigali (these buses frequently run throughout the day). Tell the conductor you are heading to the Rwanda Art Museum or KK 106 St. The bus will drop you off at the nearest bus stop to KK 106 St in Kigali. After disembarking, walk a short distance towards KK 106 St, following the road signs. The Rwanda Art Museum will be located on your right side.
