    From Nyagatare town center, start at the Nyagatare Main Market. Head south towards the main road (Kigali-Nyagatare Road). Walk along this road for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach the intersection with the Rukomo Road. Turn left onto Rukomo Road and continue walking for another 3 kilometers. You will pass several local shops and small eateries along the way. After 3 kilometers, you will reach the junction with KN 3 Avenue. Turn right onto KN 3 Avenue and walk for about 500 meters. The Belgian Peacekeepers Memorial will be on your left side.

    If you have access to a bicycle, start at the Nyagatare Main Market. Head south towards the Kigali-Nyagatare Road. Cycle along this main road for approximately 1.5 kilometers.
