Getting There

• Walking

  From the Nyamata market, head northwest on Avenue de la Paix for about 200 meters until you reach the main road. At the junction, turn left onto the Nyanza Road. Continue walking for approximately 1.5 kilometers until you reach a roundabout. At the roundabout, continue straight onto the Kigali-Rwanda Road. After about 5 kilometers, keep an eye out for the signs leading to the Kigali Convention Centre. The Convention Centre will be on your right, located at the Convention Ctr Roundabout.

• Bicycle

  If you have a bicycle, start from the Nyamata market and head northwest on Avenue de la Paix. Continue for around 200 meters, turning left at the junction onto Nyanza Road. Cycle along this road for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the exit onto Kigali-Rwanda Road. Keep pedaling for about 5 kilometers, and look for signs for the Kigali Convention Centre. It will be on your right at the Convention Ctr Roundabout.

• Public Transport (Moto-taxi)

  To reach the Kigali Convention Centre via a moto-taxi, you can find one near the Nyamata market. Inform the driver that you want to go to the Kigali Convention Centre at Convention Ctr Roundabout. The ride should take about 20-30 minutes depending on traffic. Ensure you agree on a fare before starting your journey.

• Public Transport (Bus)

  From Nyamata, catch a bus heading towards Kigali at the main bus station. Make sure to confirm with the bus conductor that it stops at the Kigali Convention Centre. The bus ride will take approximately 30-40 minutes. Once you arrive in Kigali, you can either walk to the Convention Centre or take a short moto-taxi ride if you prefer.
