Start at the Nyamata Genocide Memorial. From the memorial, head north on the main road (Route Nationale 1) for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach the intersection with Avenue de la Révolution. Turn right onto Avenue de la Révolution and continue walking for approximately 1 kilometer. You will pass by various local shops and eateries along the way. After reaching the roundabout, take the first exit onto the road leading towards Kigali. Walk for about 2 kilometers until you reach Prime Economic Zone where 1000 Hills Distillery is located.

Bicycle
Begin your journey at the Nyamata market area. Head north on the main road (Route Nationale 1) for roughly 2 kilometers. Look for a bike-friendly path alongside the road. After about 2 kilometers, you will see the sign for Avenue de la Révolution. Turn right and continue for another kilometer. You should see signage for Prime Economic Zone. 1000 Hills Distillery is located within this area, approximately 200 meters from the main road.

Public Transport
From Nyamata town, you can take a moto-taxi (motorcycle taxi) to 1000 Hills Distillery. Head to the moto-taxi stand near the Nyamata Genocide Memorial. Inform the driver that you want to go to Prime Economic Zone. The ride should take about 15 minutes, depending on traffic. The moto-taxi will drop you off at the entrance of the distillery. Make sure to agree on the fare before you start your journey.
