From the center of Rubavu, head towards the main road (A2). Walk north along this road for approximately 20 minutes until you reach the junction with the road leading to Ruhengeri. You should see signs indicating the direction to Ruhengeri. Continue walking straight on this road for another 30 minutes, passing local shops and homes. You will eventually reach the outskirts of Ruhengeri.

This area is usually bustling with activity and is a good place for any last-minute supplies or information. From the market, look for signs or ask locals for directions to 'Gorilla Guardians' or 'HGCP+4HP'. It's about a 15-minute walk from the market, heading northeast.
