Start your journey at the center of Ruhengeri, near the main market. Head south on Avenue du Commerce until you reach the intersection with Avenue de l'Indépendance. Turn left onto Avenue de l'Indépendance and continue straight. Follow this road for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto Avenue des Généraux. Continue walking for another 1 kilometer. You will see the Belgian Peacekeepers Memorial on your right, just after the intersection with KN 3 Ave. The memorial is a short distance from the main road.

If you choose to rent a bicycle, start from the center of Ruhengeri. Head south on Avenue du Commerce, then take a left onto Avenue de l'Indépendance. Continue on this road for approximately 1.5 kilometers until you reach a roundabout. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto Avenue des Généraux. Bike along this road for about 1 kilometer, and you will find the Belgian Peacekeepers Memorial on your right side, right after the intersection with KN 3 Ave.

To reach the Belgian Peacekeepers Memorial using a motorbike taxi (also known as 'moto'), find a nearby motorbike taxi stand in the center of Ruhengeri. Inform the driver that you want to go to the Belgian Peacekeepers Memorial. The driver will take you south down Avenue du Commerce, then left onto Avenue de l'Indépendance. They will continue on to Avenue des Généraux until they reach the memorial, which is located on the right, just after you pass KN 3 Ave. The ride should take around 10-15 minutes depending on traffic.
