Start your journey at the center of Ruhengeri, near the main market. Head south on Avenue du Commerce until you reach the intersection with Avenue de l'Indépendance. Turn left onto Avenue de l'Indépendance and continue straight. Follow this road for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto Avenue des Généraux. Continue walking for another 1 kilometer. You will see the Belgian Peacekeepers Memorial on your right, just after the intersection with KN 3 Ave. The memorial is a short distance from the main road.
