Car
If you're traveling by car, start from the center of Huye (Southern Province). Take the National Road (RN1) heading north towards Kigali. After approximately 45 kilometers, merge onto the Kigali Ring Road. Continue for around 15 kilometers, then take the exit for 'Kagasa'. Follow the signs to Kagarama Garden on KK 23 Avenue. There is parking available on-site.
Public Transportation
For those using public transportation, begin at the Huye bus station. Look for a bus heading to Kigali, which should cost around 1,500 RWF. The journey will take about 1.5 hours. Once you arrive at the Nyabugogo bus terminal in Kigali, switch to a moto-taxi (motorcycle taxi) or a local taxi. The cost for a moto-taxi to Kagarama Garden is typically around 2,000 RWF, and the ride will take about 15-20 minutes. Make sure to tell the driver to take you to KK 23 Avenue in Kagasa.
Walking from Nearby Locations
If you are already in the Kagasa area and wish to walk to Kagarama Garden, find your way to KK 23 Avenue. The garden is located along this avenue, and there are clear signs directing you to the entrance. Depending on where you are, the walk could take around 10-30 minutes.
