If you are driving from any point within Volcanoes National Park, head towards the main road (Route Nationale 4). Follow the signs for Kigali. After approximately 60 km, you will reach Kigali. Entering the city, keep following signs for the city center. Once you reach the city center, look for KN 3 Ave. The Belgian Peacekeepers Memorial is located at 23R7+R6M, KN 3 Ave, Kigali. There is usually parking available nearby, but be mindful of any parking fees that may apply.
