Walking
Start at Independence Square in Basseterre, a central landmark. From there, head northwest on Church Street towards Fort Street. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Cayon Street. Turn left onto Cayon Street and walk for about 10 minutes until you reach the bus terminal on your right. This terminal is located near the National Museum. At the bus terminal, look for a minibus labeled 'Challengers' or 'Cayon'. They usually depart frequently. Take the minibus to Challengers. The ride will take approximately 20 minutes. Once you arrive in Challengers, ask the driver to drop you off at the road leading to the Bat Cave Hike. From the drop-off point, follow the trail marked by signs for the Bat Cave. The hike starts a short walk from there.

If you prefer biking, you can rent a bicycle in Basseterre. Start at the Basseterre Ferry Terminal and head towards Fort Street. Continue up to the junction with Cayon Street. Turn left onto Cayon Street and follow it until you reach the bus terminal. From the bus terminal, you can take the same route I mentioned earlier by biking towards Challengers.
