From Botanical Gardens of Nevis, head southeast on the main road towards Charlestown. Follow the road until you reach the ferry terminal at the end of the road. Take the ferry to St. Kitts, which will take approximately 45 minutes. Once you arrive in Basseterre, follow the signs to the main highway (Bay Road). Continue on Bay Road until you reach the roundabout, and take the second exit onto the Frigate Bay Road. Continue straight for about 10 minutes until you reach University Gardens, located at c/o Redwood Inc, P.O. Box 699, Basseterre.

From Botanical Gardens of Nevis, walk to the ferry terminal in Charlestown. Purchase a ticket for the ferry to St. Kitts, which typically costs around $50 USD round trip. The ferry ride lasts about 45 minutes. Upon arrival at the ferry terminal in Basseterre, you can take a local taxi or bus to University Gardens. Taxis are available outside the ferry terminal, and the fare to University Gardens should be around $20-25 USD.
