Walking
If you are in central Basseterre, start from Independence Square. Head east towards the Bay Road (also known as the waterfront road). From Independence Square, walk towards the waterfront, which is about a 10-minute walk. Once at the Bay Road, turn left and walk along the waterfront. You will pass the Circus and the National Museum on your left. Continue straight until you reach the Needsmust Train Station, which will be on your right side after approximately 20 minutes of walking along the Bay Road.

If you prefer not to walk, you can take a taxi from any location in Basseterre to the Needsmust Train Station. Simply ask the taxi driver to take you to 'Needsmust Train Station.' The ride should take about 5-10 minutes depending on traffic. Taxis are readily available around the city and can be found near popular tourist spots such as Independence Square and the Cruise Ship Port.

For a more local experience, you can take a public bus to the Needsmust Train Station. Head to the bus terminal located near the Circus in Basseterre. Look for a bus heading towards the east side of the island. Inform the bus driver that you are going to 'Needsmust Train Station.' The bus ride will typically take around 15-20 minutes, and you can ask the driver to let you know when you arrive at the station.
