If you are driving from Black Rocks, start by heading southeast on the main road (Cayon Road). Continue straight until you reach the junction at the roundabout. Take the second exit to continue on Cayon Road, then follow the signs for Frigate Bay. After approximately 5 minutes of driving, you will see signs directing you toward Frigate Bay. Upon arrival, you can park in designated areas near the beach.
